Staff were great but despite us being the only table they served (yes.. our 6 were the only people earing all night) they STILL messed up 4 dishes that were served. Defrosted fish tasted mushy, linguini was sent back. They need a new chef.
Well went to view a movie, tickets purchased in advance. Feel a here bit claustrophobic entering into the cinema area. Screen was dirty top right but still could view movie ok. Overall good experience

The lobby is fantastic, like typical Hyatt hotel, but the corridors smell old. There is the same smell in the room also.
Fantastic experience for the whole family's good arrangements for food and seating. Parking can always be better, however for disabled users they do have parking closers to the even site and easy access.
On my last visit, the weather was terrible, England were terrible (but did go on to beat India) and I'm afraid the stewarding when people were trying to leave was poor

Spa facilities were good , pool is a good size, hot tub needs attention button is stuck down and difficult to get going. Changing rooms were OK, good size lockers, shower curtains need washing or replacing as they had black stains, lots of hair around on floor and on the sides. Parking at hotel is good but a little expensive I think was 27.00 for 24hours.
